Following the successful launch of ICGP—an mdw institution for interdisciplinary research and teaching in gender studies at the interface of performance and theater studies, film and media studies, and musicology—this summer the second opening from 10–12 December focuses on dragging, racialization, and today’s political challenges in diverse geographical, historical, and performative contexts. The program includes Evelyn Annuß’s Inaugural Lecture on Dirty Dragging; an International Symposium, as well as a presentation of the first ICGP publications. www.mdw.ac.at/icgp
